How do I return something to you?
You can return any item to us within 30 days of receiving your order;
You can return your items using any postal service, but note that you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it;
You will receive a refund after the items get back to us.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item for an exchange, please contact us so we can get this sorted for you.
If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund and place a new order.
We are not responsible for for damaged products due to incorrect application.
